Definitely one of the best onsen experience so far in Taipei , Beitou

We like the hotspring tub as it is really of a good design, and definitely has the size factor locked down, there are also lots of handrails to hold on and also anti-slip carpet. The creme a la creme will be the additional washing tools which reminded me of a Japanese Onsen.

The rooms could be better soundproofed as we are able to hear the staff and also the other guests in the other rooms, chatting away.

The location is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit stingy that offer you a high tea set and breakfast but put up some restrictions i.e. You are given a plate and fork only, you are not allow to choose the pastry, no much variety for high tea set and breakfast.

checked in time 6pm, the in room onsen was nothing great, unable to fill the tub with the hot spring water. the shower head in the toilet was not functioning.. and we have to squat to shower.

We enjoyed the spa , lovely place to visit

Very good breakfast and afternoon tea. Friendly staffs, location is good , close to the metro station.

Wonderful

Close to 24 hour convenience store 7-11 and supermarket. Tea and breakfast included.

Time for breakfast til 10 a.m which finish too early. It is better if time can extend to 10:30 a.m

It was nice and relaxing.

Great Location. Had a great afternoon tea.

The room and the utensils (like cup) etc and desks are dusty. The hot spring tub is too small and not well maintained. Also not comfortable to use. Breakfast is disappointing… seems like vegetarian one. Almost no meat dish :(

Location is good.

The facility wasn’t clean, the outlets didn’t work, the air conditioner was poor( temperature was beyond control…:(

Great location and service though the infrastructure is a bit old

Very good location with all types of restaurants nearby. The best is the staff's friendliness. The interior design is also consistent. The room facing the park with a balcony is great! Also love the free parking services.

The infrastructure seems old; the AC and the ventilation system are quite loud! It's good that it provides a variety of complimentary afternoon tea snacks and breakfast, but there is some doubt whether all food items are fresh, as some of them seem to have been kept long.
